Eritrea is not a what but a where - a small country bordering the Red Sea.
This morning we passed from the Gulf of Aden through Bab al Mandab ("Gate of Grief") into the Red Sea. Djibouti and Eritrea passed along our port (left) side. On our starboard side, we passed from Yemen into Saudi Arabia.
